It is with great pleasure that we announce the appointment of Chiara Brega to the position of Head of Delivery of Euromedica. 

Chiara comes to Euromedica and Walter James with 11 years of experience in recruitment, mostly in Life Sciences.

Chiara is experienced in Client and Project Management, Talent Mapping, Succession Planning & Talent Pipelining. She has a strong track record in recruiting individuals within the C-suite, senior and mid-level management in large pharmaceutical organisations, as well as small and innovative biotechnology and med-tech companies. In particular, she has built a consistent network throughout the last eight years, being responsible for identifying, approaching and screening candidates for medium to senior level search assignments across EMEA, US and ASIAPAC. She has worked cross-functionally on Pre-Clinical R&D, Clinical Research, Medical, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality Assurance, Market Access and Sales & Marketing roles within the Medical Deivces, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare and Biotech space.

Chiara is an Italian national with a MBA from Libera Università di Lingue e Comunicazione in Milan and a Master’s degree from Università degli Studi di Roma ‘La Sapienza’ in International and Intercultural Communication. She is fluent in English and Italian.

Her greatest passions are Psychology, Neurolinguistics and Organizational Development.
