It is with great pleasure that we announce the appointment of Fiona Motley to the position of Client Services Director.

Fiona began her career in strategy consulting with Bain & Company and then Booz Allen, before entering the world of executive search with Russell Reynolds. After 18-months managing the research team she moved to Odgers as Head of Research, subsequently progressing through the organisation before taking a role with Korn Ferry (Whitehead Mann), as Client Partner for their board practice. At Whitehead Mann, Fiona ran a broad range of senior executive and non-executive appointments across multiple sectors.

In 2010 Fiona helped establish the renowned boutique executive search firm, The Inzito Partnership. Fiona enjoyed a successful five years with them before joining The Miles Partnership where she was No2 to the CEO and a partner within the board, HR and retail/consumer practices for nearly five years.

At Walter James Fiona will initially focus on increasing revenue with existing clients and will work closely with the entire team to gain an understanding of each area of our expertise. She will also be building a dedicated team for our HR and board practice within consumer & retail, with a view to develop this within our subsidiary, Euromedica.

Fiona is a great indication of the ambition, scale and mindset that the Walter James board has for the company’s future.
