Our clients have a dedicated Practice Partner as a main point of contact from start to finish alongside an Engagement Manager or Associate that will be managing the research and assessment of candidates.
We have created dedicated CSS (Customer Satisfaction Surveys) for both clients and candidates to complete after each and every search. We use this valuable feedback as a basis to consistently improve our process and uphold our best-in-class service and a success rate of 97% completion.
We have implemented a dedicated client portal that enables all our clients to have 24/7 access to end-to-end progress of the project. This includes a full review of the detailed brief, target companies and candidates selected for long list and shortlist.
We also offer full transparency on internal and client interview stages, offer management and acceptance of candidates. Each client has the ability to log in and provide realtime feedback or questions on any people or information in the client portal.
