Sarah de Corday-Long is a leadership consultant with over fifteen years’ experience working with senior level talent.
She specialises in the assessment and development of executives and has been responsible for the design and delivery of large scale assessment projects. Sarah has also contributed to a piece of thought leadership on talent management within the FTSE 100.
Sarah has delivered work in several industry sectors, including: consumer, life sciences, telecoms, engineering, manufacturing, finance, professional services, retail and education. She also has experience of working in a number of countries across Europe, Africa and The Middle East.
Project Examples:
- Delivered a leadership development programme for high potential Directors in a global fashion retailer, focusing on developing the skills they needed to grow with the business’s international expansion plans
- Carried out succession planning with an international bank involving the assessment of potential candidates on becoming the next CEO
- Worked with a team of business psychologists on identifying the skill gaps and ways to raise the performance bar for senior managers for an equity exchange business
- Assessed potential candidates on becoming the next General Counsel for a public sector body
- For an insurance company, evaluated new hires to the company to ensure they were top quartile talent, including the UK COO.
- Worked in a team to assess the top 70 individuals in a major facilities provider to identify strategic talent issues
- Ran development programmes to identify high potential individuals in a pharma company
- Helped an American university and their School of Foreign Service in Doha by designing a competency framework and performance management programme from scratch
